Financial and administrative assistants play crucial and sometimes interwoven roles in organizations-from budgeting, management of financial and administrative records and staff contracts, induction of newly recruited staff to providing critical support functions to the HR teams among others and their continuous exposure to new management practices is vital to enhancing their performance.

Training Methodology

Dynamic, creative, participant centered, practical, interactive, interesting adult learning methodologies and diverse media are applied to lift the participants to high levels of proficiency. After-training, follow-up and remedial coaching will be offered to interested participants on request for free.
